We ensure the entirety of our onboarding process is seamless and easeful on your end. Once the contract is signed and the first month’s invoice is paid, we collect all of your branded assets and any other important information necessary for us to execute your socials. We’ll also have you fill out an in-depth questionnaire so we can gain a greater understanding of your business and social media goals.

We take this information and build out a personalized, in-depth social media strategy that includes a creative direction, target audience analysis, brand strategy and marketing strategy. From here, we will put together your first month’s content calendar and schedule an official kick-off call with you.
02. STRATEGIZE & REFINE
After our kick-off call we will begin to strategically build out your first 2-weeks of content. This includes copywriting, hashtag research, and graphic design—which will be inputted into Later (our favourite scheduling platform) and sent off for approval. And just like that, your first post is ready to go live!
03. CREATE & LAUNCH
FAQ
Any additional work outside of the scope of your package will be charged at our hourly rate of $100/hour. We do offer short-form video editing add-ons (e.g. Reels, Tik Tok) at an additional rate.
Our goal is to take social media management completely off your plate. With that being said, the initial stages of our services will benefit tremendously from your involvement and will help us set you up for success. In the early stages, we will be working with you to gain a deeper understanding of your overall brand vision as well as the inner workings of your business. Therefore, we will need you to be available to answer any questions we may have. As we move forward, we will require less and less involvement as you become comfortable that your business is in trusted hands.
We require that you have branding completed so we are able to fully execute your social media graphics. This includes having a primary and secondary logo, colour palette, and typography. We also request that you have high-quality imagery or brand photography for us the utilize across your socials.
This not only depends on us, we are A tool, not THE tool. If you hope to see your business grow, your social media strategy will be effortlessly tied into your overall business strategy which will, in turn, lead to results. This is not a quick fix, social media is a long-term strategy that needs to be nurtured and maintained, that's what we're here to do.
